The UK markets are just a complete waste of time and effort to invest!! Just wait for the biggest crash in history to happen because its only around the corner.

OK so we are looking at debt cleared in Q3 2022 ??
A debt free company making millions in FCF there isn't many companies if any in that financial position!!
And we will still be trading around the 1.7p mark probably god this share is frustrating .

The last RNS mentioned we still have $337m debt outstanding.
I thought we payed some of this debt down in Q2 which quoted $265m existing left or am I missing something??

You can't compare Petra to Gem it's like comparing apples and pears !!
We had a carlsberg update and the market completely ignore it.
UK market only looks at negativety these days.
If petra was on the US market it would be trading 5x higher now.
The next update will tell us exactly where we are heading

I would say another $50m of debt and hopefully another 1 or 2 big rocks found as well.
This can't be ignored forever??

I had an order for a few million today at 1.76 nothing executed of yet !!
Will try again tomorrow if not filled. I want to build a nice amount here and will wait for the Dividend hopefully Q2 2022. Hopefully debt will be under $100m then??

Very difficult to predict as the stock market is so corrupt and manipulated to high heaven.
But my guess being fair which it isn't petra will only be a growth stock going forward.
More to be made here than any tech airline entertainment bank stocks.
My only concern is that the new owners will do a compulsory purchase as they have 91% of the shares .
So we may never see the true potential here but I live in hope !!

I doubt they are selling at a 50% loss especially after the recent updates.
Remember they payed 3.4p and own 91% 8.7b share and PIs have 850m to play with.
They will be selling well above 3.4p im sure ..
We will see a 10 for 1 consolidation very soon aswell??

But what niggles me is a conplursy purchase by bondholders who have 91% of shares.

It's mind boggling that petra diamonds will be debt free and 100s of millions in FCF end off 2022 but the market still has it priced to fail !!
Then you have a company with massive debt that will never be pay back and almost no FCF but priced to be successful ..
I will keep adding as this can't stay at this messily £160m mcap for much longer ..

Plenty of time to buy in lower as the next update is months away !! This will drip back down to 1.45p then load up again unless they find a 3m carat blue diamond. But then again it would probably drop further on that news .
Debt free end of 2022 then a compulsory purchase at around 5p so the bondholders can have all that lovely FCF for themselves..

Just take advantage from the dips because this is only going one way !!
