As I have suggested previously - if the value of Magna s initial contract was A$125m, ie around $75m-& VW produced 7.2m cars worldwide in the latest year, it is fair to assume modest growth to 7.5m cars worldwide & if we also assume a modest $10 per unit to SEE, revenues of around $75m will be produced from this one contract alone - & Magana will be very keen to tie up a long term contract with us due to the expiry of their initial 3 year contract next year- especially if their discussions with OEMs suggests that additional auto contracts are pending
I welcome yours & Baxters pragmatic views of SEE over recent years & appreciate that you are both holders. However, if CFP admits to buying 1.5million shares earlier today @ 5.23p I may have dispose of my holding, having never previously sold a single share in over 11 years since my first buy of 10k shares.
To endorse yours & Baxter news positivity, which is most welcome by All, Cold Fish Pie bought 1.5m shares earlier today at 5.23p ?
All this positivity is making me wonder whether I should sell ?
Presumably, the JORC, when published , will be based the results for the 2 key ( current ) areas but only based on drilling to a depth of 130 metres-but we know that our resource remains open at 130 metres so if the resource exists @ similar %s I presume our JORC would increase, eg, by 10 fold, if we can prove that we have consistency of resource down to a depth of 1300 metres ?
Hopefully Stifel & Peel will be proactively encouraging their clients to buy & will be buying for clients discretionary portfolios -if they believe we are currently worth 3 X + our current SP.Paul & Martin have conviction & perhaps others are awaiting the imminent KPIs before taking the plunge due to caution about the KPIs being below expectation.
Enjoy the drizzle ( & drivel) this weekend !
I agree Shandy about Gregs "coyness" regarding buying shares - despite his substantial package.
He talks a great story but he would be infinitely more credible if he bought a substantial number of shares-which clearly provide much confidence in our ability to reach targets set & survival. The only reason for him not buying ( or Santosh) is that what they say is not necessarily what they expect the outcomes to be.STX is clearly in the "not for widows & orphans" camp but their lack of buying means it is further down the line than that .
Magna & See signed a 3 year contract 2 years ago & with view to yesterdays award & Magna winning VW ( soon to be 7.2m cars pa,once all their production includes DMS via their mirror) surely they will be keen to sign a long term extension to the initial contract ,which presumably gave Magna the opportunity to prove their concept - which has now clearly been achieved.Neither Magna nor See will want this running to the wire so there must be a fair chance that negotiations will be under way to extend our contract substantially- the $64k question being under what terms.
Before investing $20m in the demonstration plant I presume there are lab based experiments which will take place first in order to test that the intended process works in the lab so should certainly work in the demo plant.
Dont think we are in a close period as Finals not expected until later this year-only trading update expected so Lance may have bought 100k shares today @ just under 10p-or any other Director & , if so , that would be a positive !
Ceo said there would be a trading update shortly after the year end , ie 30/4 - so nothing else for him to say, unless trading has either deteriorated substantially further or substantially improved .
We will have to be patient for another 3 or 4 weeks until the "reveal"
I have said previously that I would rather we acquired Centurys 30%holding in Pitfield & the owners of Century would then become major shareholders in EEE-which should not be a problem as all stakeholders have a vested interest in a successful outcome.
Pain Hustlers-film on Netflix-based on a true story of a company selling a painkiller , building out its team & ultimately transpired to be scam, the founder being a billionaire from the companys success until it unravelled.Interesting embellishment of the lengths sales folk may go to in the US to get their sale & encourage Drs to prescribe.Emily Blunr excellent !
Greg is a great snakeoil salesman but his credentials as ceo of a quoted company are clearly suspect. The recent numbers debacle was a disgrace,we have heard nothing tangible about Canada ,South Korea or China & Norgine continue to progress in their substantial territories at a snails pace + the last 8p raise was a disgrace & destroyed shareholder value. At some point we will either go into Admin or be bought cheaply by AOP & we shareholders will, mostly, lose a substantial amount of our investment - but all our own fault!
Suzy must have been aware for a considerable period of time that Theoremx was unlikely to proceed & she stubbornly persisted & if she & the Board recognise now that a new CEO is needed to take us forward they will have known that for a couple of years. Our Chairman is weak which is also why Gerry & other "senior" personnel have remained in position.I would have thought that prospective large investors are more likely to support the next heavily discounted raise than buy in market-unless our cash runway can be lengthened substantially by an unexpected Corporate Transaction - & , realistically, if there was any chance of funds inflowing from Euda/Tx,Suzy would not have "stepped aside " right now.
Good luck all - we need it !
Probably as expected & disappointing that our power plant is taking longer than expected to complete while costs continue to accrue.we should not have expected Touro news but it will provide a boost when it arrives-so for now & next year , lets hope our costs remain under control & the CU price continues to firm.
EEE is a binary play on our ability to produce large quantities of high quality titanium & presumably Sean will attempt to explain how in next weeks investor meets. Those in the industry will have a view as to the viability of our prospective vast resource & the likelihood that Pitfield will, eventually , be a substantial producer, disrupting the World Order in titanium production .Hopefully the industry experts understand & believe Seans rhetoric about our massive possibilities
