Not that close to this share but is the MM give up of GS related to governance and if he does structure some deal that he is involved in heavily then having that in place would be poor form.

Few things to check, Has revenue levels been materially impacted by theses sales / has debt been removed from balance sheet as a result of these sales / are they growing current business / is the share price reflecting any of this

I think they will have cover but the devil is in the detail of the cover. I very much doubt they would have mentioned it either way as claiming under that sort of policy will be a minefield and there would be lawyers involved for sure. I would imagine the excess is multi million pounds but would hope they have some cover to offset that but who knows for sure. I could be wrong!

NOFEAR You may well have missed that so just buy now and sell at 10p higher than you would have sold it at if you had got in at under 30p. This strategy I have just detailed is not in many books BTW

If this is not north of 70p in a year I am out it if is I will be very happy. 70p is not a stretch in my opinion if a few things line up which they Iam reasonably confident they will based on previous company updates. I am still also hopeful of a dividend this year. Anyway how we getting on in the cricket

Those articles do crack me up? do they get lower set GCSE students to write them. I am happy to mark them, that latest didn't even get a pass mark very weak. Anyway Cricket is on should be a good summer
