Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
''800k end of june 2022''
Its March 2022 now so? eh?
Burn rate is very low looking through results with almost all monies spent on the projects. Cant fault that
The settlement cost is next to nothing. The plant is of zero interest to ARCM and its shareholders.
We know discussions have been ongoing with majors. You would expect any agreement to involve a deal whereby the major covers the cost of significant further exploration. A pretty standard JV type deal.
Rothchild are financially advising the BOD, negotiating a deal with the major. They are not mineral explorers!
Looks like a few more people are picking up on this one now!
Should be a very good Q1. Drill bit turning and oil price rising.
Can buy on IG. Can also buy on the phone. No reason it would not be available. Speak to your platform provider. Get the feeling there's a big rise coming here for those that get in early with the gas market going the way it is.
Great business. Totally Under the radar, for now!
Here's one example of a popular retail online broker and their simple explanation of how to vote via them. All online brokers offer the same.

If you wish to attend a meeting and vote you can be appointed as a proxy by Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited and attend and vote in respect of your holding held on your behalf by Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited. A request to be appointed proxy can be sent to Hargreaves Lansdown by secure message or post. Alternatively, if you wish to vote without attending the meeting you can send (by secure message or post) a voting instruction to Hargreaves Lansdown and your vote will be forwarded to the company.
This is incorrect RocketShip.
All votes registered with brokers properly will be counted and included. There is no such thing as ''majority decision''
I wouldn't have thought so. More likely Allenby helped with the November placing and have wormed their way in a joint broker as a result.
Olav Hellebø, Chief Executive Officer of ReNeuron, commented: "Our thanks go to all new and existing investors for their participation in this successful fundraising, which we expect will extend the Company's cash runway for at least the period of 18 months following the date of Second Admission. During that time, we intend to use the funds raised to continue our exciting clinical work in retinitis pigmentosa and also to advance our exosome and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) platforms. Our intention is to deliver significant value in the coming 12 months both from further clinical data in our Phase 2a study in retinitis pigmentosa and from potential licensing deals based on our exosome and iPSC platforms."
£440,000 (before expenses) through the placing of 400,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 0.11p per Ordinary Share (the 'Placing Shares') (the 'Placing').
In addition, Brian Moritz and Dave Reeves, directors of the Company, have conditionally agreed to subscribe for 36,363,636 (£40,000) and 63,636,364 (£70,000)
IN ADDITION being the key phrase
£440 + £70 + £40 = £550
Back in Septembers Togo update they said,
''COO Graham Stacey is currently on-site at Nayega where he is ensuring that the bulk-sample plant, with installed capacity to produce 6,500 tonnes per month of beneficiated manganese, is production ready. In addition, he is siting water boreholes for the additional water required when the Company commissions the new plant to expand production to 25,000 tonnes per month.''
So they have been working on the ramped up production prior to final sign off, should be able to get to 25k fairly quickly.
Exciting times here at last, there's simply no way the BOD would make such progress and be in country unless they had reassurances around the licence. Formality

UPCOMING GROWTH CATALYSTS
IAMGOLD continues de-risking activities at the Boto Gold Project, by advancing engineering, building access infrastructure, and progressing with environmental and social programs to support the project development. Building on its exploration success along the Senegal-Mali Shear Zone with several other discoveries located within 15 kilometres of the Boto Gold Project in adjacent countries, IAMGOLD has also initiated a strategic study, referred to as the "Bambouk Gold Complex," to advance resource evaluation and delineation at the Diakha-Siribaya and Karita projects to support the evaluation of various potential development scenarios and identify regional synergies.

Manganese is currently in the news due to Elon Musk’s (Tesla) announcement that it will use up to 33% manganese in its new battery cells.
Ferro-Manganese prices recovered further yesterday rising 1.7% to $1,100-1,240/t for 78% Mn standard 7.5% C in the US.
Manganese prices are around 5% higher than the low seen in January this year having risen to $1,130/t in May.
Conclusion: We expect the meeting with the Prime Minister of Togo to enable Keras to obtain the remaining licenses necessary to start production at Nayéga.
*SP Angel act as nomad and broker to Keras Resources
Makes perfect sense to me, makes perfect business sense also, buy low, sell high. You don't try to buy assets when they are top dollar, you take your chance when they are cheap. Just like buying shares really. Its a marathon, not a sprint, Metals generally only going in one direction. Savvy move IMO
