So still another announcement scheduled for Friday.

Given the recent developments you have to wonder what’s the point unless there’s something to actually announce other than more of the same. The continuation still makes no sense, there’s simply no reason to keep this going other than there a genuine reason. He can’t issue more shares, no-one will give the company money after the recent updates. Looks like this ends Friday one way or another

Actually AIM4 wasn't trying to make this point at all, that's just something you have made up.

And to respond to the rest of that sentence, there's no ''IF''. It's very well publicised that Biosense Inc was in fact bought out by J&J and the shareholdings held by the Ben-Haim brothers. That's not a made up story to suit a rampers/dreamers agenda.

As for why? That's one of things about all of this that doesn't make sense. It delisted. It closed and was very easy to walk away from yet here it is some years later with this apparent deal on the table?

You wouldn't spend this amount of you life at the risk of imprisonment and tarnishing an otherwise applaudable family name to scam a few quid from investors. The risk reward ratio doesn't make sense.

Exactly this. You think something, you may even believe something but like everyone else on this BB you actually ''know'' nothing.

It's easy to give opinions and thoughts and of course some will be proven wrong, whilst others are proven correct.

I sincerely hope that whatever the outcome those who have suffered get closure sooner rather than later. Be that a line drawn in the sand to move on from or a return of funds from this apparent deal.

Amit didn’t list this on the market. It was listed in 2013, He was brought in as exec director in 2015. Probably to bring the wealth and industry experience

Something else that doesn’t really add up here.

According to reports J&J paid $4-500m for Biosense inc. Schlomo receiving $75m and Amit $88m in shares. At the time J&J traded at roughly $10. Rising to $30 only a couple years later. Now trading at $160+. Of course no-one knows at what point or if the brothers sold those shares but they are/were worth a very significant sum of cash.

Let’s work on basis Cloudtag has been one big scam to line Amit pockets. The very maximum he could have made by selling shares in a grey market for a private company is a couple £m.

What does such an already wealthy person want with a couple extra £m? To take that kind of risk, the stress involved in a tangled web of lies for such a relatively small reward compared to his overall wealth doesn’t make any sense at all.

Where a company exists, be it listed, private, onshore or offshore its directors have a fiduciary duty. This cannot be evaded.

Legally they are bound to act in the best interest of the company and ALL it's shareholders

Anyone claiming there's no recourse because Cloudtag is an offshore company is lying. Makes no difference.

Quite why there is such controversy over a company that certain individuals say is dead and gone is baffling. If that's the case why argue the point.

whilst it’s clear there are reasons to be sceptical there’s also a hint of “just maybe” about this.

i’ll continue to watch with interest, for no other reason than i’d like to see those that believe get a good result and the haters who occupy these rat infested bbs for no other reason than “being right” be proved wrong, potentially.

it’s a very sad state of affairs and indicative of why aim is dying when you see such hateful opinions around a stock that delisted years ago.

Glen have a commitment to have no involvement in any new mines globally. None. A deferred payment based on future success is still “involvement”. They and their shareholders would benefit from a new mine, in complete contravention to their own investment policies so I’m sure their shareholders won’t mind at all!

It’s simply a fact that no progress could be made with them involved so their stake in that situation is worthless. They have achieved a cash payment from a liability they inherited as part of the xtrata deal. It’s win for them, a small one and massive win for Zioc so nothing more to question on the matter

Yes. Essentially ZIOC is worth zero without this project being able to proceed and due to Glencores environmental policies and their inability to invest in any new mines the project was going nowhere with them involved, so essentially regardless of the NPV of the asset the project would never be realised and therefore worthless to them. Achieving just $15 as you put it is a great result for everyone, especially considering their liability is now also gone and Zioc are free to move the project towards development stage. There’s nothing to stop Glen coming back as an offtaker though…………….
