Nothing else matters if you haven’t got your health

Just think if all of us ,over weight people and BMI off the scale , Maybe we could all use a wearable device I read the trials have gone very well with helping diabetic etc interesting changes in NHS these days Interesting!!

After all if you can educate people to live a healthy lifestyle then that will save ; billions of pounds!! It getting people to see the light is the hardest thing !
