Well there is the answer 2 x 1mil late trades

Correction add 350k more sells as late trade shown as buy was a sell

SO far today of 2.5 m traded about 200k sells yet SP just fallen back again, either a late trade coming or overhang somewhere

There was about 9m sold in two tranches on the 22/8

There could be more shares for sale soon from Mikes options

Sounds like Mike McAuliffe has exercised some share options

The only time SEE would respond to press speculation is if the SP was rising and it wasn’t true, not the case here and I don’t see much speculation

Let’s hope Jack Boyer brings some improved corporate governance to SEE

If Milton had less than 3% in Oct 17 why did we not see any RNS taking stake above 3 % then 5 % if they have now issued an RNS falling below 5 % something not right here !

By my calculations Milton would have to sell 38.3 mil shares to fall to 3% based on enlarged tot issued shares of 2253.38 mil. There 4.73% holding would have reduced to 4.7 without any sales

It states the rules on the see website below the major share holders list

As i read the rules they have to report going below 3%

All we know is they had 4.73% on 16 Aug now updated on SEE site

FOr some reason the MM’s are not letting the SP rise, L2 order book at 9p shows 75k and hundreds of thousands have been bought, it could explode upward at some point when its let

There are many million share trades showing as sells which are buys if you look at there time stamp against normal trading
