Out of interest, how do we expect to repay it in 2 years, outside of refinancing?! I personally don't think it's Vulpes, given they have a seat firmly at the table.....I reckon they got the nod that votes were shorter than expected so stepped up. I'll dust off my 150k for good measure :)

I think the meeting is 29th October and if everything is approved the open offer shares will be admitted to trading the day after that. No indication yet as far as I can tell of how/when we can apply for excess shares.

Very true TF. Ignore history, dilution, current share price, etc. Today, everybody has a chance to buy into a 110 million market cap company with a staggering, funded pipeline. Look at the market caps of peers, especially in Redmiles' USA.

Hope you are well C7. I wonder if the fund which announced it sold part of its position a week or two back is still reducing its holding? I think Bermuda mentioned that fund might have undergone a change in strategy? Still, nothing drastic as far as I'm concerned.... it feels a long way from 5p still!

Great choice. Staggering history all along the coasts. I have 150k shares at double the current price. Im thinking to offload 100k shares at 50p and let the rest run.....

I agree. 15p a share as a realistic price was touted by the previous CEO a long time prior to these tailwinds. I read an article on Bloomberg this week about one of the top performing gold shares globally this year. They process tailings outside Jo'burg and it espoused their leverage to high gold prices. Food for thought.

Very much a guess but given the number of deals they are inking recently it might serve them well to not show a price to other interested parties. Or they are awful! Hopefully the former.
