Optiva and Rollins/Koot have previously transacted with one another on several transactions - far too many to be a coincidence so there’s clearly a relationship between these 2 parties. A quick google search is all the evidence you need.

The fact TGR sacked Optiva is damning!

TGR have probably been relying on Optiva to secure financing - quel surprise it’s never came.

If FTG win and get on to the board they will secure massively dilutive financing likely through Optiva.

FTG will now be buying up shares to try to secure 50% of the vote.

Do not sell or vote for FTG!

Look what Rollins and Koot have done for advance energy/ beacon energy SP - a SP high of £4.35 - now £0.057!

You also have to question the integrity of Isabelle given she was a NED at TGR

The SP will rise leading up to the vote as FTG will be trying to acquire as many shares as they can to win. Also I imagine the Poddars will be buying too to try to prevent their company being stolen from them.

I don’t think FTG will will; and hopefully now with CMC TGR can secure financing the SP returns to previous level

Yes that would be me buying £3,000 of stock.

Its just so annoying to buy any stock, I could only do so in £500 to £700 tranches. Hopefully its the MM trying to retain stock pre interims by making life difficult!

I'm note entirely sure what's happing with this stock - I bought 7945 shares today @ 91.8p. - Trades have not been listed.

There's literally no stock available to buy - the MM is only allowing purchases of 1000 shares.

3.6m cash as at 31/12/2022 and 5.4m as of 4/05/2023 - so free cash flow of 1.8m in 5 months - hopefully this translates to EBITDA!
