God I’ve seen some nonsense on this forum – My fav is the 20p price prediction which is less than the Company’s net assets– i.e. the company is bankrupt!
Thought I would compile a list of Boo institutional shorters,:-
Name % Posts on Boo (number of posts)
• Peoplepower1 100% (5160)
• Kindness 100% (595)
• Southcoastbather 100% (2193)
• Cooler 100% (179)
• Volt-air 100% (6)
• Wibblewobble1 100% (10)
• Reardon95 97.5% (553)
• Jongle 100% (1448)
• PROP5 100% (3568)
• Smartie06 70% (490)
• DC2007 100% (945)
all posts with negative Boo sentiment, some subtle but still negative.
Peoplepower1 you win the prize for being the biggest scumbag!
Guys when you go to bed tonight, I want you to take a moment and question whether this is the sort of person you want to be in life – fully of negativity, trying to cause financial loss to others. You should be embarrassed of yourself.
My advice would be to change profession, maybe work as a checkout cashier – you will have the same monotony but at least some positive human interaction.

current price is insane
Current market cap is £690m
Ignoring intangible assets - net assets are £330m
Therefore strip out assets the market cap is £360m
Market pricing BOO to go bust
2021 EBITDA was £125m
Correction current price is F***G INSANE
I've recently started a position at 102p, from what I can see there's very little downside here.
FY2022 - adjusted EBITDA will be c£130m depreciation/Amortization c£30m so £100m PBT so trading at 12times PBT. Asos FY22 PBT is expected £110-£140 so say £125m therefore trading at 16 times.
Or Boo is trading at only 9 times EBITDA
In terms of missing revenue growth - Non UK revenue for FY 21 was £800m. FY 2022 non UK revenue is estimated to be £780m. Assuming that supply lines had not been disrupted and non UK growth was 10% then the overall group growth would be c18%growth.
In any event 13% growth is hardly bad. The markets are pricing BOO not to growth!
