I would say 200% very measured reasonable gap up if Omega gets the go-ahead for £374m.

Shareholders can probably expect 200% to be exceeded!

This new legislation is not expected to cause a delay in the supply of Omega's VISITECT® professional-use COVID-19 Antigen test to DAM Health clinics in the UK under the agreement announced on 1 November 2021. Omega currently remains free to supply LFTs to DAM Health's clinics throughout Europe and DAM Health are able to distribute Omega's LFT throughout Europe.

Omega submitted all documentation ahead of the published deadlines and paid the necessary fee, however, in line with the vast majority of available tests on the market Omega's existing LFT has yet to be approved under CTDA.

Perfect time to top up.

The information within the response is incorrect in terms of the Omega situation, as they have never had their own test that they were putting through what is described here as Phase 2.



Just to be clear, they had been tasked to provide the UK government with the manufacturing capacity to make LFTs and the test to be made by Omega would be determined by the DHSC dependent on which tests were approved for manufacture – Omega’s manufacturing agreement was not based on them having their own test approved, they’re standing by to make whichever test is approved for DHSC procurement and deployment.
