Cancer Immunotherapeutics Center
UPMC designed the Cancer Immunotherapeutics Center (CIC) to speed the most promising new immunotherapies toward large clinical trials.
A diverse team conducts early-phase trials on all aspects of immunotherapy across the spectrum of cancer.
Experts at the CIC treat solid organ tumors and lymphomas that haven't responded to standard treatment. We leverage UPMC Hillman Cancer Center's science to launch researcher-lead clinical trials.
Through this teamwork, we offer access to treatments never available before and can bring customized care to more people.
Current Clinical Trials at the CIC
We're now enrolling people in more than 30 early-phase trials.
These trials address the full range of immunotherapy methods, including:
Immune checkpoint antibodies.
Small-molecule innate immune agonists.
Bispecific immune therapies.
Cellular products.
Immunometabolism modifiers.
Protocol: 19-177
