@geoexpltd has acquired a 100% interest in the Gorge Gold Project (E08/3737), located in Western Australia, for a total consideration of A$500,000. The deal comprises A$100,000 in cash and A$400,000 in #GEO shares issued at £0.004 per share, representing a 25% premium to market.

The 81km² granted licence, situated 110km west of Paraburdoo within the Capricorn Orogen, is supported by a Native Title Agreement and boasts exceptional historical exploration results, including gold grades up to 134g/t from rock chips and 233g/t from soils across a 5km strike zone. @ValueAimTrader
