We all get stressed out, especially with the way our phones rules us these days. An hour seems like a month, and we need instant gratification because of our relationship with social media and technology.

That's bad news when a share we view on our phones is going up or down- it intensifies stress or makes us get sucked in the other way when shares are going up. I'm thinking of switching off for a couple of weeks, or least trying not to check the price twenty times a day!
