If you listen to Trump the deal is not completed and sounds like it’s a complete new company so as far as I would understand it it’s still banned as the old company from the market place but IF Oracle and Wallmart make a deal they will be starting a fresh company and using TIK TOK name .

The Chinese won’t let America use the algorithm so they will have there work cut out ..who knows we might even have a global partner unarmed were supplying music too ....
