Yes very positive (and lengthy) coverage in today’s Investors Chronicle by Michael Taylor entitled “This 140 year old consumer stock just became interesting”

I see the Investors Chronicle have covered the results today and moved their opinion to “buy”

I'm no expert in spread betting, but to the best of my knowledge they don't qualify for Dividends, but the underlying price offered by the spread bet company is adjusted on the ex Div date so, indirectly the investor still benefits - if that makes sense!

Yeah totally agree and if the Gov had any sense it would incentivise/support the more professional operators such as Grainger....but with RR and this Gov its hard to be confident! I've been fortunate to visit many of G's sites across the country and they are typically of high quality - and those that aren't are usually the subject of a capex plan. I am considering adding more as , like you, I am a relaxed & long term holder. Just somewhat surprised by market reaction

I agree, results look really good. I can only assume there is an element of fear within the market as to whether Rachel R changes tax rules for 'landlords' which ultimately drag those of REIT status into it too

It’s an error in the covering article . Drill into the detail and the target is indeed 0.50pence as tricky stated

The value of the shares sold is peanuts in reality and a small fraction of remaining holdings. Lets take this in context
