Has anyone actually tried to contact Brian O'Cathain if nothing else but to express their disgust at the situation we are in? I'm not talking people necessarily about people taking direct umbrage with him but I would simply love to know what is views are on this complete disaster of management and if he accepts any responsibility. When I think about the nonsense that was trotted about by 'earthly' et al on iii etc. Shameful, shameful carry on.

While this was a risk itself I don't think anyone could have really prepared for such a collapse. *However, if I bite the bullet now I'll probably get a couple of grand. Thats like a plaster on a fire. My final risk assumption for PCI is that the WV do not achieve the 90% and a valid restructuring plan is agreed and in doing so the company remains listed. I could live with that for the next few years.

As impractical as this may be to some I will hold my position. Due to the incompetency and arrogance of the board I am more than likely going to lose all of my investment. However taking an opposing view to everything the BOD has stated or recommended has been proven to be the correct stance. So, I see this having a strong possibility of getting crumbs on the floor or very slim possibility of getting tiny slice. Either way I'm ****ed.

Thanks for replies. More total investment is c.£30k. So am i right in saying that if I do not take action my vote will be registered as not accepting the 3p offer? Unfortunately emotion is deeply attached to this decision.

Will this man face any real repercussions? What has unfolded is absolutely outrageous. The real story will eventually get out but unfortunately it will be of very little consequence. I have stuck with this dog for years and i will lose approx €30k. If i bump into him on the streets of Dublin he will know all about it.....

Guys, this getting absolutely ridiculous. How much worse can things actually get? Maybe others could, but I could never have envisaged that PCI would endure so many hits below the belt.

That is an incredible sell off but what do people expect. I am so annoyed that I missed my one opportunity to get out of this scam. I certainly thought a counter would appear. This Board continues to be an appalling set up.

Thats fine but some of us are just too far in to chop and change. PCI has been in continual decline for 5 years. Out of question for me unfortunately. I'll have to wait another 2 years before i break even. I hope I never bump into BOC. Really poor investment.

I really do not know what what to say anymore. Unfortunately I'm going to have to find another £8,000 or so and try to leverage down for the 7th time. This is turning out to be a very amateur and dangerous investment. Once I see my exit, I will jump. Absolutely abysmal share.

I’ve got almost £25k in PCI. I have never held in profit in almost 4 years of holding. It does nothing other than slowly decline, it really is appalling. I need around 9.5p old money to break even. What breaks my heart is that 4 years ago I researched the company, sought advice (risk/gain) and carried out a comparison against other similar companies over 5 year period. Based on that assessment it seemed on pragmatic risk to take. It is absolutely INCREDIBLE to see not only how this share is being clearly manipulated (and some might say a fraud on the shareholder) with zero explanation from the board. The most recent RNS really does say it all and confirm my suspicions. Either way I’m f**k**. I really just cannot fathom the apathy out there amongst PCI holders. Maybe I’m just one of view clowns remaining at the party.

It really is damning how the forums/chat rooms aren’t showing any criticism of this diabolical share. There is something significantly underhand that underlies Petroceltic. I cannot say exactly what but I think the cracks may begin to deepen soon. If you didn’t look at the share price but reviewed all other data and information available you would expect this share to be at 4 times its current value. Communication from BO’D is atrocious, more importantly explanations are entirely non-existed. I am sick to my teeth of this company and its misleading activities.

What's incredible is that there is almost no disgruntlement, displeasure or pain coming from private investors. This share is performed appalling. It has just been a drag, a deflationary exercise to dilute investors value. What I want to know is am I one of the last few PI's remaining in this **** of a share? Not a dicky bird from the BOD either!!
