To interrupt the bun fight momentarily. So far this morning there have been 5 big delayed trades, all of which appear to have been used to throw the sp one way or the other at critical points. this activity seems to be aimed at creating liquidity rather that suppressing the sp (ie, making a market). Or at least it appears that way to me. . I guess the MM’s could be on our side for once. After a 20% + rise it wouldn’t be unusual for a significant pause for profit taking, which I was expecting to see today. The fact that this appears to be getting soaked up quite quickly shows very positive momentum IMO. Recovery looking good so far :)
Today was one of the weirdest days for trade reporting I’ve ever seen, dropping in trades from early yesterday morning, and holding back big buys all afternoon. This must be providing good evidence for the investigation no ? No share should drop 20-odd percent on and EXTREMELY GOOD RNS. If the trades had been reported in the correct order momentum and therefore sentiment would have built. Of course, tomorrow will no doubt show us the delayed response, which I am very much looking forward to. But somewhere in London there is s room full of shorters and MM’s sharing cigars and having a laugh at our expense. It’s got to stop !
Ever since lunch time today I’ve been singing this tune ‘The age of Aquarius’ with Aquarius replaces with Vanadium.... and it just seems to fit ! https://youtu.be/kjxSCAalsBE
True, It won’t be long before the shorters begin to buy the shares back. One thing to consider, if you have held through the last 3 months why the hell would want to sell now ? ...The tortoise always beats the hare in the end :)
If the lack of any statement on the divi really is the reason we are more than 20% down here (and it seems that is the most obvious reason within the companies control) then why wouldn’t FM release a statement explaining that they decided to prioritise Vanchem, or at least come up with a divi ‘policy’ (regardless of when divis are to be paid) ? After all, they never promised a divi, just a divi policy........
