MTgold is the legal owner of the Paranaíta project and its mining/exploration licences in Brazil.

Jangada’s relationship to the licences:

Instead of holding the licences directly, Jangada owns equity in the company that holds them:

Jangada acquired 33.3% of MTgold in 2025.

It also has an option to increase its stake to 50.1%, which would give it majority control.

After the deal, Jangada became the project operator, meaning it runs exploration activities even though the licence sits with MTgold.

This structure is common in Brazil because foreign-listed juniors often operate projects through local subsidiary companies that hold the ANM mining titles.

What is the matter with you lot, not just one day for months now you are arguing about the contract wording you have neither seen nor will see or indeed opinion wrapped up as fact. Give it a rest. Just accept there are differing opinions and move on.

Does anyone read the RNS's they literally state expectation on mine restart after flooding (and mitigation to prevent reoccurance) and furthermore lay out anticipated timings on accounts release.

Read the RNS from the 17th December (without checking!) pretty sure they said they would provide quarterly update for shipping, price etc. So this shipment would be covered in April update. Basically just following what they have already advised us.

The only smaller particle size would be Hydrogen, so would suspect you still use helium and just have a longer test soak, looking for traces with a helium sniffer.

Of course there is a placing coming, the various RNS's spell it out. Be around 50% of current company value (11million) but to counter will end up with significant assets with approval and a way forward to start mining which should see a step change in overall company value.

Nomad, I do something similar. For example my first purchase in HEX was around the 15p, been adding ever since to similar proportions you suggest. Haven't quite mastered the selling of those not doing so well!

The funding is all laid out in company presentation and RNS for everyone to see.

I think in the short term 1.5p is realistic given the funding required to close the deal and share transfer to Trust. Which would give us around a 50M market cap with 3.3B shares in issue. That said sentiment of what is to come could easily see that double.

Longer term 12- 18 months I agree, 500m value would see us around the 15p mark which feels achievable.

It is actually a really positive update (aside from the accounts delay) 2026 is shaping up to be transformational for IRON.

Not sure i can see continued explosive growth that we have see over the last couple of days, but happy to be surprised. Given the dilution at fixed price of 1.25p to the tune of c.£8m we don't need to see much more of a rise to meet the limit for Sunshine of 29.9% holding.

That said once the deal is concluded I do think we will continue with share price increase towards production.

From a deal perspective with Sunshine it would appear the stars are beginning to align

Yes and lets face it, its is not often the proposed dilution strategy is laid out in front of us for the acquisition of Beisa N & S which presents a 100% upside for issue price from current position. That's assuming we do not accelerate past the issue price. What is not to like.
