Besides the two tankers of 200,000 barrels plus in May/June and Sept/October, they also have significant cash generating operations from over 1000 BOPD in the East (Petrossakh). Not to mention the Dagi drill...

Market cap so small given their production. I know that it's Russia, so carries some additional risk, but this would still look cheap at double current price given assets. It pays a dividend for christ's sake. Generate significant cash. Only 14m market cap at today's prices!

With likelihood of rate rise in May being almost zero given economic data, I would have thought that this would have a positive impact on debt repayment. Welcome thoughts. Thanks
