The DFS is going to really make this stand out and is likely (with current drilling prog) to increase the resource base (world class), increase the mine life from 14 years (over 20 a possibility), lower the operating estimates below $499 / tonne (partnership work on this), increase the pricing per tonne that’s the significance of the recent findings re quality through findings linked to participation in initiatives like the EU-backed SAFELOOP and work by the American Energy Technologies Co (it all feeds into the DFS), bulk sample testing and additional metallurgical work could confirm higher recovery rates, further improving margins. The projected weighted average selling price within the PFS was $1,307 per tonne, the purity (world high) and quality liked to the work ongoing with partners will see premium pricing.

The DFS could well substantially increase the current Net Present Value of $482m.

This company is so advanced and close to the big inflection point, this will be much higher than the current valuation of £12m on a positive DFS.

In interviews a few weeks ago clearly Mike Ralston clearly notes one of the key aspects here is the low cap ex as all infrastructure is either there or close by, in the PFS dated July 2022, the initial capital expenditure required is estimated at $62m or in sterling this is about £49m.

The DFS will de-risk the project, making it attractive to institutional investors and lenders and debt funding.

The DFS will be a major catalyst and the additional drilling and work/results feeding in alongside American Energy Technologies Co will substantially increase the value from the PFS stage.

The PFS makes very good reading as a base with the Orom-Cross Graphite Project having a post-tax Net Present Value of $482m.

There will also hopefully as the project gets closer and closer to reality further exciting news which will spring out with the chair noting in the 31 Jan 2025 Annual Report update, “Every way by which we can add further value is being considered and other exciting relationships and initiatives will emerge as progress continues”

The next few months are going to be huge for Blencowe and the share price.

I have been researching, watching and following the story here for a long time and have now started to build a position and will more than likely increase this size over the next few weeks. Blencowe is clearly in a very exciting phase and following the commencement of a 6,750-meter drilling program in January 2025, Blencowe will enhance resources and reserves at the Orom-Cross Graphite Project further. We will soon see updates on the drilling results and subsequent advancements in the DFS near term.

We have established a key a significant partnership with American Energy Technologies Co., a U.S.-based graphite specialist which is crucial and substantial support from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) for the Orom-Cross Graphite Project in Uganda. These partnerships underscores the confidence in the Orom-Cross project and its potential to contribute significantly to the graphite supply chain.

Very much on the cusp of something special here. I think we will be substantially higher in a couple of weeks time.

New Pharos broker research document out by Progressive Equity Research, reads really well, clearly strongly cash generative with some huge blue sky upside coning from the Vietnam asset.

Going to see a cash build here now and a re-rate in due course as updates flow and pile increases.
