Bhp and NCM are share holders only, they do not own Solgold. I hope Solgold board now do something to stamp there foot down and make some sound decisions going forward.
The Alpala decision is understandable and frustrating, the board need to stand up and be counted using their business acumen as best as they can.
How do they go about it is a risk but they have potentially a few good sites to farm out or sell, let’s hope they get off the ar*es and do something positive.

Probably they are under a NDA, therefore they cannot disclose orders generated to date which, I presume would make them cash happy.

You don’t need a placing if the future orders and demand is there, just my thoughts

Might be checked and edited for release, both parties happy with the interview and it gets released for the public, we shall see

Unfortunately the way forward here has become quite complicated, there must be some very awkward discussions going on regarding how to go forward.
Cannot agree with you about Solgold going alone, I have always said a J.V would be the way, but who and how?
Solgold having all that mineral resource is a blinder, but to borrow that much money for the length of time required before making money is just too long, if someone was going to fund this until then you would be paying a ridiculous fee with many time ins and time lines.

If BHP and NCM want to be partners then we have a problem coming up with a price that other holders will be happy to let them go at, the argument is do they want a profit now or wait quite a few years for unknown value who knows.

The waters have been muddied and there is not a straight forward answer, if Solgold were cash rich then no problem going to production but we aren’t, everyone wants what Solgold have but it’s how?
