YES, Dividend re-investment.

There has to be a specific 'Price' of this share to establish your Dividend shares re-investment

Usually Companies post a specific DATE (which the share price is recorded) and then that price is divided into your Pot of Dividend monies and you get how many shares you will receive instaed of the Ca$h

I do understand how/ when this works my friend.
