I'm sorry to say lads, as I have been a bull for the past six month, but haven watch and learn for the past 20 + years this is becoming a classic case of running the clock down beat on our tiny SP by adding more and more shares triggering sells to drop us even further, under our nominal value so they can Consolidate at some point and take away all the stock we have built up'' like the rest of them that hate small shareholders getting rich, the object of this exercise IMO is to get a bigger SP to RTO with Recyclus that they have already admitted in a interview 7 month ago, that because of our small SP TM1 shareholders would be wiped out if we was to RTO regardless of our 48% ? as if we don't own it ? and as if they are not holding £8m of TM1 shareholders funds ? not only that, why no due diligence on the sale of our $10M asset ? who advise them to take shares instead of the cash like any other sensible CEO would do ? that have any regards for there shareholders or the CO itself, and the people we owe money to ? and was desperately needed by the 28th of FEB ? they let CRML cash out and spend our $10M before us, 2 weeks after there shareholders special meeting to the tune of $24m and crash there SP now we are left holding the baby and cant sell without a massive loss ? now they are begging for settlement of a proportion of accrued and unpaid directors' fees of £54,004.50 ? you couldn't make it up'' where the FK is all our money gone ? why would our CEO continue to beat on small investors at this little SP ? what it the end game here ?
see what unfold, I may be completely wrong and they sell something for cash one day and our SP recover ? who knows... but a special meeting of TM1 shareholders is needed to be called ASAP as there is plenty of questions need to be answered to rebuild confidence and the faith this stock enjoyed a few months ago...
