sorry got it now... the only thing that has change to the last RNS is 2 shares less in issue... but the fact still remains ... will we see a higher nominal value than 0.001p .. as they are saying only that it will be reduce under 0.07p ... or am I reading it wrong.... regards....

up 15.8% now''' ... has something change in this NEW RNS.... are we getting a better deal?? well we know now that the issued share capital will remain the same... so there won't be a lot of shares sloshing around .... only the nominal value will change to below 0.07p....what does that mean??? could it mean we may end up with a nominal value of say 0.025p a lot better than 000.01p after resolutions...... who knows.....if that was to happen we could be looking at a stable SP of 0.12p just a thought ... for something good to happen here after 5 years in this....
