our good Doctor Cave is not looking too bad as well, and seems to have a lot of skin in the game
including working on a Cancer cure'' that's huge without his other IP..

Dr Cave, the founder of the technology licensed by nanosynth group plc runs an active, world leading research group, within the Department of Chemistry & Forensics at Nottingham Trent University. The team was judged to be, internationally excellent and rated 4* (highest achievable) in the last UK government Research Excellence Framework (REF 2014).
While developing new cancer treatments, Dr Cave and his team needed a way to track the new drugs in the body. They resolved to use a medical MRI scanner and marker that they attached to their new drug. The team set out to produce a nanoparticle marker that they could attach their drug to without changing its properties. To realise the full potential of this technology, they designed the syntheses to be scalable right from the start. This resulted in the two initial process patents that nanosynth group plc license from Nottingham Trent University (NTU) that protect the synthesis and functionalisation of the nanoparticles that we use. nanosynth group plc’s licence from NTU is exclusive for all areas save for animal husbandry, where NTU has also granted a licence to Agrimin Limited.
Dr Cave divides his time between his teaching and his research group at Nottingham Trent and nanosynth group plc, where he is the founder and chairman of Pharm 2 Farm Ltd and also a non-executive director of the plc. As part of this agreement with the Nottingham Trent University, nanosynth group plc have first refusal on any new potential IP that comes out of Dr Cave’s research group at the university.
