that was a surprise, my thoughts is that the lowest conversion price in this announcement is 0.65p
so they must expect the SP to go much higher in the coming months..

I'm more than happy with the move we have seen over the last week or so''
SP has double from it's low of 97p for seconds before it settled back over £1
and will perhaps keep it's head above these levels, been that SRA737 read out
is also imminent and would surly give us a shot in the arm to £3+

and i have a feeling that investors with this golden ticket is a lot more happy
holding LT with what is coming in the not too distant, and the fact that
there is only 68m in issue meaning any drop back won't last for long
as there is always someone that will soak up any sells
