Relaunching with GFN and it all go live on the 14th & 15th with GFN at the helm
so I'm sure we will have a big say in it's future going forward..

Proposed Gfinity partnership and investment



Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a placing (the "Placing"), arranged by the Company's Broker Peterhouse Capital Limited ("Peterhouse"), to raise £1,200,000 before expenses to support the continuing growth of the Group, and to create a new joint venture partnership (the "JV") with AIM traded Gfinity Plc ("Gfinity") for Mobilegaming.com, the site through which the Company is focusing its gaming and Esports offerings. The JV will aim to better monetise Mobilegaming.com using the combined resources of the Company and Gfinity.

The Company is working to agree the terms of the joint venture and expects to announce the conclusion of the agreement shortly. In anticipation of agreeing this, MOS has agreed to subscribe for £250,000 in Gfinity's placing as announced on 14 March 2022. Further details regarding the joint venture will be announced shortly.

well that £250000 that we know off invested in GFN so far before they started to grow,
partnership or not'' must be worth at least £2m on our MC by now''
and if you look at there recent trading update and interview it should give you some idea
of how huge they are going to be shortly, and my thinking..

but ME did say that he will give the Market more clarity on our relationship
soon, in that Podcast so we wait for more information on what monthly revenue
we can expect from our alignment with them..

well we are doing a lot better than most on AIM ABZ''
you have only got to look at COPL they pumped there shares in issue up
in 5 years to 17bill and in that time they clobbered investors for £35m
without a drop of oil before consolidation in 2021, now in 2022 they are still at it
with £8m funding in DEC and another £13m in March that's £56m they have taken from the Market
and long suffering shareholders so far, and don't look like they are going to stop anytime soon''

there result was out in July and from what i can see they are only producing 1500 barrels PD??
for all that cash they have spent, WTF

ECHO last update we are now producing 2000+ BPD and doing it from Revenue coming in
and not bashing the Market every 5 min , and with that 40% increase incoming
there is just no way our SP can stay at 0.25p with only 1.9b in issue,
as COPL is near 1.3b again, in issue, with a SP of 14p and producing less than us

there is a huge disparity going on here, but as you say, once we get the Bondholders
meeting out the way and get rid of £20m of debt for shares we will start to see the real benefit
of 3k+ BPD and a lot higher future SP

but as always it's all just reasoned speculating on a future outcome
until we get official news DYOR

well ever CO that's got anything to do with gas, or thinking of drilling for gas
in the Market, is been pumped'' in the press and twitter, to new high this week,
with not a single drop out of the ground yet LOL

our turn will come, they won't be able to ignore ECHO for much longer
once MH start the ball Rolling with regular update on production levels,
[ as we do produce 70% more gas ]
and get that result out in a week or so time ? to give us another boost on revenue figures
with perhaps some forward guidance.. the Market will love it IMO

but as always we'ill see how he play's it this time round when we hit 2p
and if he will seize the moment to push us higher with hopefully a lot more PR
than he has done for the past 2 years
