Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical trial of P140 (Lupuzor™) in Lupus to commence following FDA meeting

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, is pleased to announce that the Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical trial of P140 (Lupuzor™) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus ("SLE/Lupus") is to commence in H2 2023.

Key highlights:

· Following the receipt of comprehensive guidance from the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") in 3 separate Type-C meetings, a Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical trial of P140 (Lupuzor™) in patients with Lupus will commence in H2 2023.

· Avion Pharmaceuticals ("Avion") have confirmed that under the previously announced terms of the existing Licence Agreement, they will continue to support the new clinical trial design and Avion and ImmuPharma have agreed to proceed and will now begin preparatory steps for the Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical trial.

· The trial design and protocol is substantially different from previous clinical trials that ImmuPharma has completed and includes maintaining subcutaneous dosing but at much higher concentrations and significant changes to patient inclusion criteria and primary and secondary clinical endpoints.

The detailed protocol and key elements of the clinical trial design will be communicated at a later stage once the details of the trial are available on clinicaltrials.gov (a comprehensive database of privately and publicly funded clinical studies conducted around the world).

Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, CEO of ImmuPharma, said:

6 month has past since my last post and as we are now well into the second half, update can't be too far away IMO, although it seems like a lifetime since we heard from TIM after that brilliant interview that he promise lots of regular news

lets see if we hear something on this trial commencement before Christmas to address the undervaluation he speaks about..

That's why AB say in that last 200 ton export interview, that we are in a very competitive business where we intend to take a large Market share ? and IMO ALR is a ZIM own business, and would have had the heads up from the government on what to export under the quiet long ago, but as we can see it's a ever changing Market, and a lot of CO is in danger of been frozen out after working on concentrate and getting millions of pounds in funding over the past few years in that regards, and now will have to change and upgrade there whole plant to comply and will again need funding to do so..

I still believe RRR is in a very strong position to exploit the purported 25% of the world LI need in ZIM by 2025 if and when funding is sorted / DRC cash or OT agreement financing is signed

I must say this stock does attract miserable BSTARDS hands up if you have done a 10 stretch at RRR LOL!!

It's like been let out of prison after 10 years for some of these posters and still hanging around the gates for another 10 hoping the bulldozer would come and knock it down.. only that new investors only see future profit if it comes good at 0.12p and will wait it out, or trade it on any spike if they so wish

The Market seems to think nothing will be coming tomorrow LADS ? and a new spin will be put in place... I have always like this stock and still do but I had a feeling from the first RNS legal action Extension that he has FKD up again, and decided to sit on the side line until i see the money RNS even if i miss the first initial rise on that news, but i do understand the plight of waiting around to see what happen tomorrow if you are already Ball's deep waiting on a rise to recover, where selling now cannot be an option, but we are now in a time of every man for himself stick or twist.. but somewhere in my head i still believe he can still pull it of in these final hours, but if not and there is another extension MAST is going to need funding to keep going imminently..

anyway LI price is stable oil is up RRR SP is stable waiting on the next update from ZIM / DRC / ELEP / funding before we see any real movement north, nothing more to discuss of interest really'' apart from the usual kicking of the CO and the BOD coming from the other side, if you like those kind of things been levelled at your investment off course ?

FK DRC cash, it will come when it comes, we have lived without it for years and survive, just like VAST diamond have been coming for years, but investors over there is still hopeful that it will come and save them, even though the SP have drop back from 1.20p on news of the court award to now 0.14p you would not see me posting over there raiding on there parade telling the hopeful that it will never happen, because all us human have is hope of a good outcome, and if you post negative for hours and end karma will get you IMO, and you yourself will never get it right in whatever stock you invest in... you will continue to lose money until you take a rain check on your spiteful trolling ways..

Although a bit of gold news this morning is nice to see, and a step in the right direction to a flurry of news this month

i would still like to see and follow ELEP long awaited first day of trading what price we open at, and more from ZIM in the days ahead to put the story of the picture that never was to bed

Elephant Oil IPO on the Nasdaq tomorrow 28/ 11 / 23 in the $ 4 to $5 range putting at least £2.5m + on our MC depending on if it's welcome by the Market, and get more on opening ? seems to be going unnoticed ? with all the noise and smoke puffing around this tiny SP lately'' perhaps an update shortly on this big milestone for little RRR would be welcome...

Yes just had a listen to CTL interview and it's all about funding TBH, £12m last year £8m this year and will need to raise again next year WTF, and not expected to produce any LI Battery grade until 2026, and there first trial production will be 1 ton ?

Excellent link to start the a brand new week HP'' LI demand up 33% in 2023 and demand can only grow stronger as the world transition to EV, finding supply of hard rock high grade LI is get harder as some mine will take 5 to10 years to come on line, so what he is saying is that price will undoubtedly rocket a lot higher that means CO like RRR that have find themselves in a position of exporting this critical ore in this present time will benefit..
