Nice to see us kept a bit today despite the amount of disgruntled post, goes to show SP don't take sides'' and the Market thinks the shareholders discord about wrong doing at the top, has already been priced in, the same as the fear of no deal with the bond holders a few weeks back that drop the SP to 0.035p ? so now it's rearing to go higher..

some form of good update before weekend would certainly break the ice in that regards IMO

a re-price of future bond, to show they are listening'' or a reasonable priced funding call would also go a long way in giving something back

but as always, we will see

excellent interview, the great man say DRC cash is imminent within days'' and as we expected we need LI price to go back up before we give them any more, but i suppose when we get the cash we will be able to concentrate on near term gold production and other project more and sell a few we can't handle ATM..

Yes, we have now got the payment draft from DRC court in our hand, and if all we are waiting on is the signature of acceptance, then one would expect, as I said before, end of JAN for all hell to break lose in this little tiddler... and with only 7 days to go, one would expect a small daily re-rate until we get the Money

That the SP is rearing to go, and don't take sides @ these levels, and is set up on the chart nicely for a massive breakout if it can close over 10 and keep it for more than a day'' going by the appetite for risk going on ATM and the drip of small sell trade design to keep it flat while discord is going on

The bond price is reset, the warrants are issued, all we have left is the here and now'' I personally think that's all there is to it myself, and that no court in the land can reverse it, but I also know from reading the BB, that RBM and group has lost a lot of money on ART & BOD promises & dishonesty and find the need to keep up the pressure to hopefully get a better deal than the 0.15p in the pound offered, but in my opinion there is no reason for not letting other investor that want to post a more positive view to the investment they have just bought, have there say'' because posting negative all day on an investment that other people own does not always help sentiment when the SP seems to want to grow'' after been severely undervalued by tricks and greed... and can do more harm than good by creating a false downdraft on any rise

Yes MED'' for the warrant to be exercise, SP need to be @ 0.15p or above, but some of us think those warrant have already been forward sold with the rush and billion + daily volume we have seen in the last 2 weeks, and the SP is now destine to go there perhaps next week, who knows'' perhaps someone else could shear there views on this if they are not too busy in other area....

BTW that UT trade on Friday at closed, was just a MM glitch down, and will be corrected in the morning, and start the week @ 0.0925p all things been equal.. and could start higher if we get some good news.. or lower if we get some bad news LOL!! hope not for all concern, because all the effort so far from people familiar with the case must be for a higher SP and a better deal for all shareholders surly..... we will see

FIN'' I believe, if RBM and the group think they have enough Evidence & vote to call a GM and many thanks for the work they have done so far, it could effect a repricing of future bound, and therefore a re-rating of COPL stock, quite quickly but for that to happen he must keep what he has done so far to get a response private, within the group by Email, and don't create an all out war on here, that will only help greedy MMS JUST AS WE ARE STARTING TO RECOVER FROM A STUPID LOW of 0.035p but even if the group have not got enough vote'' bringing this related party issue to light that started with the first bound issue, by making lots of noise, could also make the new BOD think twice about robbing LTH any further, by bringing some good news for once that does not involve bound issue

yes I was over at Cineworld'' just bottom feeding really'' as i could never afford those eye watering price some people say they bought in at LOL £3.50P I bought in @ 0.85p and it shot to 5.90p and made a tidy profit and although they have been delisted i still hold 100k worth in the hope like here that the discord group that is still operating there, will get a result in the future for all shareholders, but goes to show all the huffing and puffing that went on for many months we still end up with nothing and perhaps could be waiting years for justice and MOOK sail of with £35m out of it

but COPL is a different story and could still be saved with the right RNS and support

IMO if you guys think you have enough votes now that there is more shares on the Market at these levels, then the best thing to do is propose a GM to the BOD to disgust issue you may have and hopefully now that it's been washed in public, they may give us a better deal.... but this daily MOB frenzy from some people that have no idea and just following the crowd hate hate hate, will only help the MARKET MAKERS to value the asset even less than the 0.15p it should be by now awaiting further detail update that could see us back at decent levels
