Yes £500K extra in the coffers certainly will, and T10 /T20 big trades taken out yesterday on a whisper of good news coming and close out this morning at a lost is not going to stop the rise back from under option money happening when more detail on this deal comes to light.. IMO, BWTFDIK I'm just thinking out loud with reasoning..

Unfortunately that's how the Market works with these small ones, when there is reasonable good news give it a chance IMO,

the way i see it ECHO has got another £500k at there disposal to buy a near term producing gold asset at no discount to yesterday closing price coming from 0.003 last week ? the only reason why SP never break out this morning and give us a 30% rise at least is the fact that the people that was buying 46m 83m 60m and so on and so forth got a whisper that news was coming this morning before the rest of us and panic sold back without understanding as to the big picture that will undoubtedly come shortly now that funds are now in place..

we could well recover before close, when normal buyers work it out

BP raised a number of arguments but the main argument was that it was not proper to value the assets of COPL at $55 million, whether they be a cash consideration or assumption of debt, and then give all of the assets to Summit while BP would receive nothing on its debt of $11.8 million. According to BP, the assets should be apportioned according to Summit and BP’s respective percentage of debt.

IMO BP have enough money to take it to a higher court if so wish or end up losing the lot like the rest of us'' and summit walk away with a going concern valued $400m still pumping 1000+ barrel a day for £11m in financing... and will no doubt recover there $45m in 3 years if COPL is run properly this time... and as for shareholders FK knows ? as we are bottom of the pile, unless PK throw us a bone with the restructuring and we still get that GM of shareholders promise after approval ? or GOD help the CAGS to get something back through there efforts

I though SP would have gone up a bit more TBH considering 0.0048 / 49 paid for 88m / 63m respectively before AU ?anyway i tend not to get too excited these days when it comes to ECHO as i have seen the rise and fall too many times to mention, but still have a little bit in this and all I can say is we will see if this new direction work, with gold price gone through the roof these days and if we will finally see that shareholders value promise over many years.. or just another pump for funding at a later date FK knows ? lets call it red or black for now'' until we see the finer details of this acquisition

It seems like summit lawyers is trying to make it look like BP is arguing with the court in both jurisdiction Canada & America ? as it's not about them is'' LOL!! it sound like Summit want to influence the Judge IMO, by quoting previous old court case where approval was allowed to go ahead and wasn't questioned ? they sound like they are SHT--ING themselves TBH now that they have come up against the grand daddy of the oil industry with plenty of muscle

They are still refusing to leave out the DIP in there statement THO'' calling it DIP loan and DIP lenders ? that the judge strike out last time as it conflict with C11 cases and this is a Chapter 15 CCAA I wonder why ? perhaps that will go against them IMO, ? and also there objection to BP Seems to have holes in it'' as it was all about the stalking horse £11m + £2.5mand no mention of other bidders of interest ? and again this is another thing that could go against them as it all sound too pre plan pre Pack for the lenders well before any sale ?

He has done the same thing to KIBO and every stock he has ever IPO I have given him every chance to prove the Market wrong, but he has prove time and time again that he cannot be trusted with his time line on any deal apart from CLN, so i wouldn't say this price has settled yet'' one can only see it joining KIBO SP or close when it stops with more conversion to come and holding in CO selling big lumps getting what they can at our expense while us dogs wait to see a recovery at some point... bottom feeding that comes with a high level of risk DYOR where one could be left holding the baby..
