With NN being part of the drilling and resource analysis of the flanks from west nittis, any valuation they give will be based on what is known, and that to them is what's in the ground imho.

They're buying what's in the ground, that's how they figure out what future value it will be to them as a potential buyer.

The interested parties in MT quite clearly did not need this trading to sign their respective NDAs. RNS to date quite clearly demonstrates that.
