Layman's terms please. Why is SP languishing at 18p odd against a background potential sale 60p to 3.50?? Why is it not increased to 30 or 40 p at least. Can we expect a rise any time. Yes I know the flanks are as good as in the bag. But surely with this much apparent interest a big ish rise has been long over due.??

It's all very interesting Anders, i wonder exactly how their default procedures work for this type of thing -

It makes you wonder even more about the long CFDs that appeared last week, are they part of the exchanges default procedures or are they something else?.

If the people spreading totally false information about Eurasia were/are part of them, then i have absolutely no sympathy for them, and it will only make victory taste that little bit sweeter imho.

Anders, i had come to the conclusion that they may have been keeping us at a level for this shorting scenario to be dealt with.
They will have to draw the line and say 'this is what you owe us' at a certain stage, and i think the recent tight trade range may have been them drawing that level. What do others think?

We didn't give them any room to breath on here tbh, just closed them down rapidly with hard facts. They stood no chance, their last attempt, and it was highly evident, was to try and attack positive board posters.
I was on the receiving end of that myself. When they couldn't sow doubt into the company, they tried to sow doubt about the positive board posters as their final stand.

It does make you wonder if all the constant bot fly attacks here at one stage, was all to do with companies like them.

Yes Tiddlor that is correct, counter bids can come in after any recommendation by the BOD has been made to us shareholders.
They would simply withdraw the original recommendation and then make one for the new bid.

It is an old interview, from when all of this started, but he clearly mentions the work with CKE for example, and that we have more than enough money. Also note the talk about dividends in the interview -

Also note the direct statement 'they will not be bringing any small deals to the table'.

Not entirely sure whether it's that, or if they are legitimate long CFD's being put on.

It's all interesting to see, it's just a shame that the red button flashes, you get mega excited, only to open and be slightly disappointed that it's not the big one we're all waiting for.

As a falling out point, is a little poor form imho.

We all have our own valuation of what we hope/think this will be sold for.
Everyone will attach their own figures, some will land in areas similar to others and some will not.

What i hope we can all agree on, is that when the sale comes, it will be for a sp value significantly higher than where we are now.

There really isn't any need to fall out over what we personally think this will be sold for.

The BOD know exactly how to value this, so do any potetial buyers, and so when their 'landing zones' cross it will be game on. We just have to wait to that point and take what we get, and that's the same for the BOD as they're significant shareholders here, so rest assured that they're working for the best possible price for themselves and us humble little guys and gals.

What's interesting Earache, is you only ever appear to try and take swipes at board posters, as if you're some form of board superior sheriff. It's hilarious, the board done fine well before you arrived, i can assure you of that.
Maybe if you stop attempting to attack people on here, then people may take you a little more seriously, but until then, you're just good for a laugh at your overly long and boring posts.
