I Would have maybe expected an update from the stand in CEO here, the communication skills are poor.

Maybe I’m wrong & my expectations are too much.

No brainer really for the likes of a total or similar with already a CEO in place looking to build his empire.

Just passing information on.

I know somebody who has worked with Arbitration for over 20 years & managed to get to speak to them last night as he has now retired abroad.

I mentioned TLW current situation & he was very familiar with what is going there, he confirmed Tullow will be confident they will win & or it wouldn’t have been initiated, however he did say he will be surprised if 100%payment is returned as it normally gets agreed to a level of about 75%.

Still very positive in my opinion.

Just had a good read on line re arbitration:

Consumers are more likely to win in arbitration than in court. This research from ndp | analytics demonstrates that in disputes initiated by a consumer, consumers fare much better in arbitration than they do in litigation.

I know we are dealing with historical corruption here but surely this has to go in Tullow favour.
