At present, the company is completing the construction of its improved commercial pilot plant, which is anticipated to be operating in the third quarter of 2023 in Austin, Texas.

Looks like we might have to wait a bit for news. Looking like it’s going to be 3rd quarter 😢

The meeting was a board meeting about wages and money owed to directors and them taking shares instead of wages owed.

Yes it will slowly rise until news. It won’t go lower as long as people still buy. I’m thinking next week for news. They will have to announce the results from the meeting. Which is just about new contacts for the directors. It will have to be submitted. So next week for news then the re rate begins and buyers lump back in.

Your right. But they don’t Need the cash they just got $500,000 of Clon. Why sell now for a pittance. When it’s going to re rate. Doesn’t make sense it’s for the warrants on the shares that Clon did to raise the money. There’s another 34mill to come. As has been posted before

The ones they get at the next stages could be sold as soon as they get them but it only happens once certain milestones are reached.

They are not selling shares. Why would they at such a low price when it’s about to re rate. Also the shares are locked in for 12 months

The board meeting CHMX is today. There will be no news until after that. But if you check my information when I post it and put 2 + 2 together you will see that it coming
