Hi Cam, still enjoying reading your thread. My latest tip for a move is mtfb. Don't know if its been covered or been on your watchlist but excellent results last week have not been reflected yet in the sp. l managed to get in at 32p last week, had a chance to sell at 44p but decided to hold for (hopefully) a bigger gain. It could still dip back to 35p in which case mate go all in

l think peeps stay put because most aim companies have the same chance of success ie almost nil but they all have an equal chance of a big spike (esp before a placing just like in mysq) It's all fun!

Hi Cam, I know every pi has an opinion on WSG, wondering what yours is. I just bought 60000 at 14.5p There seems a lot of excitement that this big airport deal is in the bag so thought I'd take a punt. Darwin are still involved but if the deal does drop I can really see it bagging from day 1.

Well thats the contention with prox. Darwin forward sold the majority at 0.30 if memory serves ready to convert at 0.28 They converted some but not all at this price leading to the agm on the 1st. What happens if approval is not voted for prox will have to repay darwin the 800k or so, this is being denied of course indicating that darwin haven't sold yet. I am on the sidelines until then as I can't see big movement until this is clarified. I know you have bought a few but I'd probably hold on buying more until then. Still a good entry at this point tho. Atb

I am almost certain Darwin are out, well I did put my money in on that bet and almost doubled it in under a week. The sp fell back on the rns to do with share approval. It caused doubt and with the derampers people sold. I agree about Darwin. I have come to the conclusion bods of these micro caps only really care about raising the funds and not about their share price. With so few long term investors(and I mean more than a week!)bods do not care about their shareholders on aim. Anyway glad to help and I'm hoping for one of my stocks to do well this week as I want some readies to put in here on or just after the 1st. Will Kenv do the bizzo this week Camkite or are you expecting it to take longer?

Hi Camkite, as you can imagine there is a lot of speculation on the sale price of the payments division ranging from it being zero to I think one mad ramper saying £750m i think. completely bonkers bb I'm afraid. My feeling and one which was suggested by the bod quite a while back was around £6-8m. They've had a few good contracts since but that sort of figure would be my guess. With the Darwin money on top it will really set up this company with their burgeoning Beacon business which is really beginning to take shape. If the sale came through at this price while the sp is at this level it would see an immediate return to a high of around 1p. The $64m question is when the sale completes. Your other question relating to Darwin share approval is being held on 1st March. I made a decent profit recently from 0.37 to 0.6p on the back of my belief that Darwin are out. Others still think Darwin have a lot left to convert. Not my belief. I think with shareholder approval on the 1st March Darwin will convert immediately and there will be tremendous buying hence my tip of keeping a close eye from 1st March onward. Either way a good entry point is fast approaching. Atm l took my winnings and bought kenv hoping that there might be big buying in anticipation of the new offtake deal. I fear my timing may be off. Hey the proof is in the pudding and you have more than proved it even with the inevitable hiccups along the way! Keep 'em comin'. My only tip or one to look out for is PROX. A shareholder approval is forthcoming to let Darwin out which l think they have already forward sold but couldn't convert. Following the approval with sp at 0.35p could easily see a bag in days after. Cheers and atb
