Just gapped up. Getting in sub 20p is going to be like getting in at 10p at HEX. Think 20p will be support very shortly. GLA

Whilst most of the rest of the market is struggling, this is going up, which shows its relative strength. Could we see a breakout this afternoon?

Just waiting to see a decent green reversal candle as we approach what should be the bottom, and then time to add some more. GLA

Starting to really question whether this can really be down to mere resourcing related delays with PKF. No company takes this long to do an audit, surely. Or have they have picked up something in the audit that they really don't like? Entirely possible given the chequered history. We can but only speculate.

The Zim listing will also bring a lot of new buying into KAV. No date given for the listing, but by the time they get it all sorted, KAV should already be north of here. Should work out in our favour as well - hopefully.

I think if you take out the locked in shares, the free float is closer to 60 million. One of the regrets I had with HEX was not buying enough at 10p in the first few weeks post IPO, and then having to chase it up, which a lot of folk did, as there were lots of posts of people adding from 15p to 25p. But HEX broke out before I was expecting it to.

GEX has far less IPO shares than HEX, and so has moved up instantly and will likely just trend upwards from the outset because of the tiny float v the demand. So getting in earlier this time.

Totally agree with Amers. I mean can you imagine the legal action that the family would undoubtedly take against the clinician, knowing that he had a NICE recommendation allowing him to use the GDR kit, but chose to instead wait for the lab. Simply would not be able to explain that decision, from a ethical, moral, legal, financial or clinical pov, if anything happened to the patient.

GEX will have some volatility because there are shares to be offloaded from the IPO. Nowhere near as many as with HEX though. The float is also tiny (around 60 million shares when you exclude the locked in shares). So I've put an initial chunk in and will just add to that in the coming weeks.

One of the mistakes I made with HEX was not buying enough at 10p before it ripped up, and so I ended up having to chase it a bit. So with GEX, I want to make sure that I have a decent amount in whilst it is in its first trading range, and then add more when it breaks out.

A discovery by either HE1 or HEX will really help GEX (and likely turn it into the biggest winner of the lot). The flip side is that if they disappoint, that might dampen the enthusiasm for Helium plays on the LSE. But MSMN have led the charge well so far.

No they haven't. They have said use GDR if lab not available. Lab is not readily available. That = GDR kit.

Why will they use the lab test first when it's not as readily available or as timely. If you can't answer that, then you are plainly engaging in FUD? Have you not read the consultation documents where the concerns about lab availability were raised - I think including by the labs themselves?

That's FUD. They have the NICE recommendation and so let's see how the sales team do now. It's also not something that needs selling as such, but has been mandated by NICE. It's more a case of NHS Trusts putting their orders into GDR for the tests, once the news and NICE recommendation filters through the NHS.

Those that seek to downplay the news are engaging in de-ramping and FUD. The labs are part of the publicaly funded NHS, and so they are always going to be the first port of call for NICE. The reality is that they don't have the capacity or the speed to provide timely results for stroke patients. What NICE have effectively directed is that in this scenario - which will be common - GDR's test should be used.

Therefore, most clinicians are going to opt for GDR's test. This will be even where a lab test is available, but the result isn't going to be timely. There is no question that when all the seminars are done up and down the country about this topic, that the fact that GDR's test is the most timely solution of all won't be lost be lost on clinicians. There will likely be a general understanding that GDR's test is really the best option.

Anyone arguing otherwise needs to tell us why it won't be, and why the lab option is better and going to be chosen by most clinicians when the NICE guidance doesn't tie them to any option?

If they don't conclude the deal in August, this is going to break to the downside and into the 2s. That's a near 50% drop just from here. Then OMI still has to get the fund raise sorted out - it's been 6 months since the last one which was for a meagre £500k. What price will that be done at?

Very high risk to reward, but becoming ever more skewed towards the high risk scenario playing out so far imho.

Come off it BT - you are being extremely naive if you think OMI enforcing the agreement as you see it, won't trigger legal action. I mean, MMA have only spent £40 million on the project, and they aren't just going to allow OMI to walk away like that. Why do you think the current process it taking as long as it is, and that the majors are putting in conditions and royalty payments into it. So there's no possibility of walking away/enforcing, without the other side then taking legal action to stop that.

As I say, if there were to be a RNS to say that the parties are in a legal dispute, it won't matter which one is plaintiff and which is defending, the sell button would be pressed en masse and the share price would tank. That's my point

There's folk accumulating the stock, which is why buys are outdoing sells. As a few of us have said already, the drop is being overhyped on here.

Remember, MOST sellers at these levels are now already out. It will be mostly stickier hands on the way back up. As soon as we get the bottom forming, we will get a bottom reversal back towards 4p and that will happen quite quickly I would imagine. Might even happen today, and then we have positivity injected back into this, and the prospect of retesting 5p.

The news that GDR have had is massive. Sales news will come through rather quickly. No way is 3.5p fair value for where the company is right now. All imho and dyor
