Agree absolutely, the issue here is their MCAP at RtO was way too high for a company that wasn't trading. Clearly people got carried away with the tech side but as the article says from Proactive, this sits in the between tech and finance. The directors have a very good CV incluiding the new addition but time will tell. If the next RNS is positive and gives more details of the financials then this can only go one way...UP

Main player is worth billions! It’s late

Lol sorry .18p The main player in this area, and there isn’t many, is worth millions. The system is basically a form of invoice financing that benefits the buyer and supplier. Traditional invoicing benefits the supplier who pays a fee to the finance company. In this instance buyer and supplier pay fees but it allows buyers to strengthen their balance sheets significantly where traditional invoice finance is allows suppliers to grow business without need masses of cash in bank to pay for current wages and stock

It’s definitely undervalued on 27th May proactive research suggested it was worth 200% more than its 18p share price. The only reason it dropped was because of the covid update which had delayed the current plan. Clearly from today’s RNS it is now full steam ahead. At the very least this should be 18p in the next few weeks.

Well tomorrow should be plenty blue if seller now out. Does seem strange they are selling at such a low price considering where it’s been last few mth!

Yes the dots do seem to be aligning up, just seems bizarre when proactive report it’s worth 1/2 bags and a seller is selling as much as they can. TR1s will show in due course no doubt.

Either way on the sell there is more upside than down from this. If it’s a sell the damage has already been done on the sp but considering they were only 160 odd transactions all day. If this had been a sell the damage on sp would have been mega. I’m calculating it’s a buy!
