With no news forthcoming from the company, to calm shareholders nerves, perhaps those who claim to be in constant dialogue with the current Board of Directors within Afren PLC may wish to request confirmation from them, on behalf of the shareholders of Afren PLC that they are also wholly the shareholders and therefore beneficiaries of the following new Afren subsidiary companies which Alan Linn is now Director of:
Afren International Energy plc - 4/6/15 Alan Linn appointed as a Director to this non trading company, co no 06712474 incorporated 1/10/08. Other director Darra Martin Comyn company secretary Elekwachi Chukwudi Ukwu
Afren International limited - co no 09633749 and incorporated 11/6/15. Director Alan Linn. Other director Egbert Ulogo Imomoh company secretary Anne Valelly
Afren Finance PLc - co no 09636022 and incorporated 12/6/15. Director Alan Linn. Other director Egbert Ulogo Imomoh company secretary Anne Valelly
Afren Assets Limited - co no 09671709 incorporated 6/7/15. Director Alan Linn. Other director David Howard Thomas, no company secretary.
15/07/2015 – Afren PLC Company shares temporarily suspended, nine months later than they should have been had there been honest reporting by the executive of Afren PLC as they were legally obliged to openly report to the market information which may materially affect the share price.
They may also wish to again ask the obvious question all shareholders have “Where has the money gone previously, where is the income going now and what is the real current and historic income and production status of all the company assets”.
This is a dangerous world and hundreds of millions of pounds cannot be left unaccounted for.
This may possibly be more than financial criminality and we request the appropriate government agencies verify that a multi-billion pound company has not been misappropriated and that information has not been illegally leaked for illegal shorting speculation to create millions of pounds of profits at the expense of Afren PLCshareholders and especially for the benefit of those who really are malevolent of intent.
The rules on the proceeds of crime are globally agreed and can be enforced internationally.
An immediate impartial and fully independent investigation of the complete money trail and historic CAPEX investment audit within Afren PLC is required with absolute urgency.
