Administrators pick over pieces at Afren...are they so quick? lets see that. We are not happy it is an American Administrator, why not British, it is a British Company.. The Company should be appointed an independent and open administrator, not one selected by the existing board of directors and Bondholders
the title was corrupted
Afren PLC We bought shares in Afren PLC, today that went into administration. Have our assets have been transferred to the following companies that our CEO Alan Linn is a Director of or are these wholly owned subsidiaries as others claimed and therefore are also in administration. Afren International Energy plc Afren International limited Afren Finance PLc Afren Assets Limited All shareholders must follow the assets and the transactions. If any assets end up in the hands of any Afren PLC former executive or supplier then isn't that embezzlement or theft. Does anyone know much about these administrators. Have any Afren PLC shareholders heard about the status of their above assets. Do people now still think that Alan Linn cares about his shareholders? I feel absolutely sickened by this whole vile betrayal. So many people on holiday at the expense of those who are today crying. I could say so much more about this injustice but what is the point if people don’t listen.
sheesh
Shareholders are not stupid If any shareholder or interested party in Afren PLC can provide any factual information of any event involving the company that they feel should be reported to the regulatory authorities or has unnecessarily damaged the value of the company, please can they collate the information and forward it accordingly or instead send directly to the FCA/ SFO/SEC teams currently looking into this

some theories/discussions from the guys may be right some may be wrong but we are transparent, we don't hide things, only when advised by the legal team, and we don't rest....thanks for joining us. I am still an ASOG member but I don't see circulars at all from you by the way If any shareholder or interested party in Afren PLC can provide any factual information of any event involving the company that they feel should be reported to the regulatory authorities or has unnecessarily damaged the value of the company, please can they collate the information and forward it accordingly or instead send directly to the FCA/ SFO/SEC teams currently looking into this
All the team are working without payment there is no consideration of cost. The solicitors are working as advisors with all leg work being done by the team. To our fellow stakeholders, the charming bondholders. Shareholders don't want to hold your hand or hug you anymore. You rebutted our affections. You made us cry. Do not be surprised if over the coming days the cavalry come in and boot you off that cliff, you have been threatening us with. It will not be a soft boot be assured. How much are you about to lose. Remember, it was your greed that caused this. When will you ever learn. Before you have time to even count your losses here, the legal recourse will begin. We know we wont win but you have not yet comprehended that you have already lost. Not long now boys, we cant all be rich but we can all gain justice. Financially you have miscalculated, disastrously so for your reputations as this story is about to go viral. Wave goodbye to those bonds. Views are from wild wolf only he is the author. With no news forthcoming from the company, to calm shareholders nerves, perhaps those who claim to be in constant dialogue with the current Board of Directors within Afren PLC may wish to request confirmation from them, on behalf of the shareholders of Afren PLC that they are also wholly the shareholders and therefore beneficiaries of the following new Afren subsidiary companies which Alan Linn is now Director of: Afren International Energy plc - 4/6/15 Alan Linn appointed as a Director to this non trading company, co no 06712474 incorporated 1/10/08. Other director Darra Martin Comyn company secretary Elekwachi Chukwudi Ukwu Afren International limited - co no 09633749 and incorporated 11/6/15. Director Alan Linn. Other director Egbert Ulogo Imomoh company secretary Anne Valelly Afren Finance PLc - co no 09636022 and incorporated 12/6/15. Director Alan Linn. Other director Egbert Ulogo Imomoh company secretary Anne Valelly Afren Assets Limited - co no 09671709 incorporated 6/7/15. Director Alan Linn. Other director David Howard Thomas, no company secretary. 15/07/2015 – Afren PLC Company shares temporarily suspended, nine months later than they should have been had there been honest reporting by the executive of Afren PLC as they were legally obliged to openly report to the market information which may materially affect the share price. They may also wish to again ask the obvious question all shareholders have “Where has the money gone previously, where is the income going now and what is the real current and historic income and production status of all the company assets”. This is a dangerous world and hundreds of millions of pounds cannot be left unaccounted for. This may possibly be more than financial criminality and we request the appropriate government agencies verify that a multi-billion pound company has not been misappropriated and that information has not been illegally leaked for illegal shorting speculation to create millions of pounds of profits at the expense of Afren PLCshareholders and especially for the benefit of those who really are malevolent of intent. The rules on the proceeds of crime are globally agreed and can be enforced internationally. An immediate impartial and fully independent investigation of the complete money trail and historic CAPEX investment audit within Afren PLC is required with absolute urgency.
