Planned Board Changes & Warrant Update

The Company notes recent shareholder concerns and is pleased to announce a number of changes to the Board which are expected to be completed within a few weeks.

The Board intends to appoint Alex Vergopoulos as an Executive Director of RMS with responsibility for Pharm 2 Farm Limited ("P2F"), of which he is a director. The appointment of Mr Vergopoulos will provide the RMS Board greater oversight of deliverables and performance targets in respect of P2F. His appointment will be reviewed after a period of three months. The Board is also proceeding with the appointment, as planned, of two new independent non-executive directors, who have now been identified.

The Board have been advised by the Company's Nomad, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, that it will endeavour to undertake the necessary processes to appoint the new directors as swiftly as practicable, in accordance with the AIM Rules and their obligations as the Company's Nomad. Contemporaneous with the appointment of the new non-executive directors, one of whom is expected to become the Chairman of the Company, Paul Ryan will step down from the Board. The Board further announces that Trevor Brown will assume the role of non-executive director.

The Board confirms that a General Meeting will be convened early in the New Year in order for the shareholders to consider approval of the placing related issue of warrants as announced on 18 December 2020, with further announcements being made upon posting of the requisite notice.

I would also like to say that there is currently no need for anyone to Ramp because the SP is proof that it is stable enough even after what some perceived as bad news today. We all know that this company will succeed and will go Northwards and that's why we are invested......

I disagree entirely. If you haven't noticed yet then this mask will succeed on a number of different levels & in a number of different sectors. I believe all are valid....
1. NHS & Health Care Home front line sectors. This will always be required and will protect front line staff.
2. Population Current, Because of the media exposure I believe approx 60% of the normal UK population are so scared that they want to wear a mask and will continue to wear masks after this Virus has become weaker. If they have access to a virus killing mask then there is a massive market. Another 30% may not want to but will carry one of the RMS masks to pull out of their pockets whenever needed, but more than likely will never change them as often. I reckon only about 10% of the population will not protect themselves no matter what because they believe in conspiracy..
3. The next Big Virus! These virus's are hitting us more & more frequently (Every few years) and if we can stockpile low cost Virus killing masks then we have prepared.
4. These masks will become the norm in your medicine cabinet
5. That's only UK Market. This mask is going to be a global necessity and of course not all countries will buy them but a lot of countries will purchase.... Brexit has opened so many other doors!

It's only over when it's over & that's not yet. You just never know......Have some hope! It's been a **** year, so maybe Jan 2021 will bring us some light and shine a beacon of hope our way;)

It's great to see the SP Holding up quite well through all the day. The only way is up because none of us are selling and we are buying on the dips to top up just in time for the AGM.... Feel free to join us;)

I responded to Nathan earlier today with Scanned confirmation and have just this moment had a response back from HL regarding voting at the next AGM. They will vote accordingly as per my instruction of Yes for both topics. They stated that they have no dates regarding the meeting at present but will monitor for the next GM and place my preference on my behalf. So I believe it is that easy. Good luck.

It's earily silent this morning. Perhaps everyone burned themselves out after going ballistic on here over the festive period. Or perhaps that's just wishful thinking on my part. Hopefully some good news coming this week. I got my email last night so all positive so far...

Agreed! My understanding of the RNS was to be ready by the 24th. I think at the very least we may have received RNS to state everything is ready, however I don't see this as being an absolute neccessity today. Definetly RNS by open on Tuesday 29th giving an update will happen. Hopefully we'll get a bit more positive news about Board discussions as well...

IMO, DYOR, etc,tec... I can't wait for LSE to close at 12.30pm tomorrow. It will be a welcome break from this continuous cacophony of drivel and spew. I do hope that LSE leave the chat board open though, so that anyone that wishes to spend their christmas performing a ramp or deramp Panto with each other, can do this! For me, no need for tuning in over the next few days for two reasons, one of which is that this will all come good in January and 2, because I get the impression that even the derampers want this share to perform well. So to point 3 and that is that I hope that this share will hopefully bring some resemblance of peace & prosperity to all of you that hold RMS, over the next few coming months..... Finally Merry Xmas to one & all......and god bless Dr Gareth Cave & team for giving us all of this to fight over....

If you believe that then I have a sneaking suspicion that hahahehehoho could actually be one of those laughing Policemen, collecting evidence as he laughs at everyone, so he can use it in a court of law at a time of his chosing......:-)

I can see someone being prosecuted big for the Comb over remarks and the crooked teeth comments. The police will be over you very shortly!!! Joking aside, I think the SP is holding up ok. Let's see what happens with some positive news.

We could do a count. I'm sure there are a few like me that have been in for quite a few months, that have been checking in periodically but haven't even bothered to post. Most of this board was dominated by good ole Scott for so long., but I suppose in a way he did warn us.... I've only invested less than 80K Shares, which I'm thankful....

& just so that we can get rid of that ludicrous Heading about resignations. I'll repeat on a different thread.... Lioness, spot on, You've hit the nail on the head. That is the RNS that we should all expect first and foremost. The RNS to either confirm that the machine has passed all reconfigurations and tests and is ready for the next phase/milestone at the factory on the 24th December or not. The rest of what is going on will not require RNS. Gareth has called for a general meeting to discuss with the board, not an EGM. I'm sure everyone will want to know if everything is still on track. Once confirmed then RMS can either inform us in the same RNS the expected departure & arrival date or perhaps have a separate RNS on the 27th Dec. Time will tell....

Hopefully the seas are a lot calmer than the bunch of headless turkeys on here making turbulent waves. My advice to people is Stop reading Tabloid newpapers like the Sun & Dailymail and Sky news. They make money from over sensationalising everything!
