Regarding the gold, 3 years to get to this point, daft stressing now!

Yes Bas, unlike some others interpretation of the rules, because the results are in a private lab, I think they do not have to release them asap, although obviously they can't hold on to them forever, so they could tie it in with the next stage. Time will tell.

I still think based on the 2018 gold RNS, it may well be a results and business deal combined RNS. The gold may be a big one without the lithium licence release. I also think if the first lab tests were poor they would not continue with all of them, so I am expecting a good result. But that is purely my thoughts DYOR.

I took a quick look back at 2018 when we did the JV with resolute, it looks like the gold results and JV were announced together.
Not saying that this will happen again but there is history.

Mark - no strict rule on anything which is private, there are rules if a small number of the public are in possession of information which could give them an advantage over the wider market. Of course he would not delay information without good reason.

Agree Bas. Plus you have to be careful what you put in an RNS. Lab results are kept secure, they are not available to a few to create the regulatory need for an RNS. The licence RNS would need releasing. If Bernie has been given the nod by a company if the results are above a certain standard he could further discussions before releasing an RNS. The longer the gold results take the better the result in my view. Poor results would be complete by now.

The company is still suffering the disaster which occurred when they were strat aero, terrible CEO. Good company ruined with one purchase. This CEO is disaster recovery. It may all work out, but it is starting from a disaster position not a new company position. Read all the history way back and you will have a better understanding of this business. Maybe reduce the arguments on the board.

Their history would say a JV is likely. But Bernie said a monetising or crystallization event, so it could be anything which brings in the most cash. Exciting.

There is some kit in those labs, looks like they have moved on a hell of a lot. Mind boggling, probably best to wait and hear the summary - no wonder the board has gone silent!

Timmo, not sure about the word it is old. However the tests are interesting, many are automated or structured identically to give consistent measurements between samples. I suppose if the Assay will be the basis of a company joining us at the cost of millions only certain assays will be credible. The quality labs will be in demand with high gold prices.

The material around the gold samples is chemically tested I understand as there can be recoverable gold only found by these means. I do not know if they do one lot of tests the timeframe for those and then if good proceed to the next and the timeframe on those. As you point out we may not have immediate access. Some people may know which may mean we rise before the RNS for that reason only. Good to have an idea if possible.

I understand from reading other articles on gold mining, especially with gold prices being high, that they do new or additional tests for minute particles of gold in addition to the normal tests which gave us our original sample figures. I know one of these is a chemical test and according to the article took 21 days. Does anyone have a deeper knowledge of these tests and their end to end timeframe?
