Very likely it’s no dilutive and it could be that yesterday’s agreement with FDA of Type A meeting that secured this..hence the SP rise following the rns..

Also note the term ‘colaborative’ meeting, this normally means both parties working together to reach a common goal. Hence the meeting could well just be a formality as FDA are willing to work with the comp to see it through the few issues. Could be an interesting day, as I can see shorters bailing out asap..

This is a real possibility if they feel the meeting is a formality, and from what we know it could well be. So a major licensing or co-commercialization agreement with a significant upfront payment with milestone payments could happen with maybe conditions attached. It could be a real coup for a licensing partner doing deal at this stage rather than wait after meeting...

Yes it’s a Type A meeting and FDA wanting to meet - good news. But the surge in SP later in the morning is I suspect for some other leak that emerged, there must be some other news which we are not privy to yet, could be anything but could well be funding news..

It maybe that with the confirmation of the date, they have sufficient cash now to see them through to the FDA decision. Meaning no need to raise money until after the FDA decision, which in turn means SP will be multiples and money will come to them! Or they have secured a short term loan? But defiantly something afoot here..

Agree it seems the data analysis is gathering pace! Partner RNSs are rising, think market also seeing this as very positive..

What but don’t you understand? they’re saying they’re still analysing data meaning they’re still optimistic from analysis so far. If they is no prospect, it doesn’t take long to dismiss it. So see this as positive. Besides this what you expecting one week after we’ll plug and abandoned..any knowledgeable geologist will tell you this takes time..so be patient or take a walk...!
