It beggars belief that PIs express views without even reading the basis of the rns! It’s an indictment not a ruling. Court dates at least a year a way..then hearing another year and so on!

Why do they need to suspend...the indictment is out? The SP will correct itself as always the market always overreact to good/bad news!

With courts...you could many many years if you think ruling then account for appeals!

They can chase what they like..you can pull a figure out of thin air like that but it needs to be proven in a court of law..so this will rumble on for a bit...but SP is behaving like a ruling had already been made..sanity will return shortly!

What we have to remember is that this is a indictment ‘accusation or charge’ not a ruling so as CEO put it In terms of business going forward, the Company will continue to follow its mission of helping patients struggling with opioid addiction. It does not anticipate any immediate change in its relationship with government providers due to today's actions by the Department of Justice.
