I think we will see sale of Iclaprim first here followed by RTO, or they could happen concurrently. The current COVID19 climate and the need for secondary treatment using antibiotics, should now make iclaprim appeal to many pharma’s. This is at phase 3 trial, and US army Is currently testing this also:

No buyer yet but this can change, and in the current climate with COVID19 and a drug already at phase 3 could now appeal to many pharma companies...

Iclaprim is still there at Phase 3 clinical (not preclinical, phase 1 or phase 2) requiring a smaller trial to satisfy FDA criteria’s. All agreed but they ran out of money so hence here we are. The drug was NEVER rejected by FDA.

A question for you how long and cash do you need to take a drug from early development to phase 3 (brink of full approval)? Think tens of millions at least!
