It maybe very likely this agreement is a condition of the offtake contract - imminent territory if as per today’s RNS they are on project schedule.

If you don’t have competence and experience in these areas then isn’t it commendable to get the get best people in the business to do it?

Based on your idea, if they try to do it themselves, then risk is they make the job worse, don’t complete on time, ending up hiring experts (like NG) then to bail them out - paying hugh fees, project delayed and then I’m sure you’ll be first on here to bash the bod!
