Incorrect read RNS - £2.8m + additional £6.35 + £5m secured today

As of 12 January 2022, the Company's unaudited cash position was £2.8 million. The Company has accumulated a substantial debtor and the Company continues to pursue this debtor for monies due under contract. The Company has been seeking funding from a number of different sources and has now signed a non-binding term sheet with a number of its institutional shareholders to provide £6.35 million of capital (with an additional £5 million which may be provided by mutual consent) to finance the Company over the coming months as it proceeds through to the outcome of the ongoing FSP.

Agree it’s a solid business with quality NDAs, bad position for BoD so they’ve done what they could to survive..

Wrong there with market cap of over 124m, 20m of warrants is less than 20%…

Said before market was sceptical about this unbelievable deal -too good to be true, so we saw retrace. Market now realising this is for REAL and these are real strategic investors. Securing first funding will be a game changer and will bring hugh confidence to this stock..

Think market was a bit sceptical hence the retrace…when you consider this an unbelievable investment x10 SP value at time of RNS and rightly so. As some PI said they have made error with the digits! But now it’s sinking in and confirmation of 1st round funds will see the market react with confidence..
