As per the announcement of 19 January, the Company has significant cash resources . Accordingly, there is no immediate need to raise additional capital and the Company has therefore chosen not to proceed with a fundraising until such time as conditions are more favourable.

Needs to be another RNS now imminently…no placing required therefore company will not take the option. Very simple to put this right!

Way to look at this is that they appear to have sufficient funding, so are reducing dilution…surely this is good news!

They have also told us they do have sought legal advice and that they are ‘not required’ to pay £2.5m to gov…so this will be in dispute for a few years!

New CEO has been promoted from within the company so will be up to speed with everything. Needs to make some firm statement of intent and strategy and needs to improve communication with shareholders. Buy some shares at these ridiculously cheap prices!

New CEO must make a mark and needs to start repairing the severed trust with its shareholders. Must lay out his vision early next week and key priorities and calm the market jitters over the last few weeks…that will be a good start.

The Board of Omega, having taken initial legal advice, do not believe that the Company is required to repay the pre-production payment and will respond in writing as requested. The Board will continue to take further legal advice on this matter and hopes to reach a resolution swiftly.

Isn’t that why Colin got the sack…so they’ve removed him which is the right thing to do!
