Also consider these small number of parties who are interested in buying company (surely still are as they’ve been negotiating for last 6 months until bod pulled FSP), make an outright offer? If they are really interested and we know none of these pulled out, it would make sense to make a bid now before GM and new financing is approved.

It would be a lot more difficult and costly for them to try and buy later!

Not convinced it is literally stated as an option and they want to put it to shareholders. I seriously don’t think they think shareholders will approve hence the wording…

‘Delisting

Pursuant to the Amended and Restated Note Purchase Agreement it is proposed that the Company cancels the admission to trading on AIM of the ordinary shares of the Company. The Company will seek the approval of the shareholders for the delisting in accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies.’

Whilst some are insisting delisting is a requirement. The RNS wording suggests the delisting is not a requirement but is optional…devil in the detail and so on?

‘The terms of the proposed funding, among other requirements, propose that the Company delists from AIM.’

This is as low as it can possibly get, with new CEO with Hugh reputation in, funding secured and AIM listing subject to vote..all for 1.25p!

Suspect funding will be approved but shareholder will block delisting. New CEO will lead the turnaround charge by this time though when GM takes place in July time?
