Yep can only buy at the moment, then again who would want to sell when these are at all time low and with RNS yesterday are turning the corner big time.

CORRECTION to the announcement made at 11:44 (RNS number: 0927F) on 2 November 2022. The nominal value immediately following the share reorganisation is 1p not 0.1p as previously announced. All other information was correct.

Error in RNS, now corrected. No change to shareholding, it’s just each share after consolidation tomorrow will be around 9.5p/share. Importantly excellent trading update issued 7am today.

With todays significant increase in revenues, and £0.82m cash (0.5m due shortly) they is now no immediate need to raise anymore..

The Group is pleased to report continued increasing revenues, with bookings for the nine months ended September 2022 of GBP2.52 million (FY 2021 bookings: GBP1.60 million), representing the Company's best nine-month bookings performance to date, and annual recurring revenue* ("ARR") of GBP1.74 million for September 2022 (September 2021 ARR: GBP1.34 million). The cash balance as at 30 September 2022 was GBP0.32 million and trade debtors were GBP0.50 million.

No immediate need for cash as they also have £0.5m owed to them by trade debtors (0.32m+ 0.5m)…read RNS don’t scaremonger…not that PIs are that stupid!
