Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE), the LSE-listed Fintech Group announces that Ryan Moore has resigned his position as CEO and director of Mode, with effect from close of business on 18 January 2022. Jonathan Rowland will take over Ryan's day-to-day duties in the role of Executive Chairman.

Nope suspension is not one of the options..read RNS. Extract below:
The Board is considering a variety of options for maximising value for all stakeholders, which may include a disposal of its business or a subsidiary sale. The Company will provide an update in due course.

Why you scaremongering about suspension…whilst they have already said in RNS they’re considering a variety of options?

If they had no options, then they would have said so in the RNS and would have already suspended!

Cash is king and now they have lots of it…this is a company making deal. Anyone who can’t see this should really question what they doing investing!
