Not quite, they said they need to make progress not conclude the deal by end of this week. So if they are still in discussion, which it looks like then it’s good news.

That would be extremely positive, because in last RNS they did say they needed to make progress on funding/sale by today. So I would interpret that as they have made significant progress.

2.£9m spent is true they need to control this better but see 1

3. Currently not but expected in 12 months time, they have confirmed large orders already secured, has its own IP,market leader, no one currently has the product they have - no competitors

4. Agree admin but you should also say in talks with an offerer!
