How they going to pay…when already Swiss company not responding for many months now…?

The Company remains confident that it will be able to repay Alpha in full by 26 September 2024 out of the expected restructuring finance as referred to in the Company’s announcement of 29 April 2024 when this can be implemented.

As per RNS today, can’t be trusted on timeline and that they will now stick to 31st July, can’t see any assurances that this will be the the date for certain. So don’t hold your hopes to high…keep it balanced!

PEEL dumping and this delay, and then company finding out through website smell a rat here….so NICE can’t even be bothered to give them a call and tell them first! CEO needs to get on the phone to NICE and question this.

Whilst PEEL will continue dumping now the remainder 10% or so..

That can also be a concern, why they’ve been told directly. Also delay is worrying, as if it was straightforward why the delay…you have to look at it both ways!

Funding imminent / new CEO imminent news?

It appears Orion/SPR can’t be trusted….when they already agreed to provide the funding. Other companies will think twice before doing any business with these lot!

This was confirmed last week by AZ so is overdue…if you go with ‘imminently’ even with AZ interpretation!

Mr Zamboni has also told the Company that (i) the contracts to enable the US$1.5m to be transferred via RegTech Italy to the Company are in final form and that he expects them to be executed imminently; and (ii) execution of the contracts will immediately trigger the start of the payment transfers, first to RegTech Italy and then onwards to the Company using the established mechanisms for international payments.
